Buy online, Pick-up in Store
▶How does it work? When viewing your cart, you can see all eligible items that are available to pick-up in store. While filling out your shipping details, if available, you can select to ship the item(s) or pick them up in store. There is no additional fee for this service.
How do I cancel my order? Once your order has been submitted, the order goes almost immediately to processing at the store. To get your order to you as fast as possible, no change can be made at this stage.
When can I pick up my order? Please review your order confirmation for processing and delivery estimates.
When will I know when my order is ready? You will receive an email confirmation once your order is ready for pick-up. Please provide your email confirmation in person once you arrive at the store.
How long do I have to pick up my order? Your order will be available for pick-up for three days. If the order is not picked up, it will be cancelled and refunded.
I want to Edit or Cancel my Order
▶Once your order has been submitted, the order goes almost immediately to processing and then it’s sent to the warehouse to ship. To get your order to you as fast as possible, no changes can be made at this stage.
This means that we cannot cancel or make changes to your order including but not limited to:
- Canceling your order or items from your order
- Changing the color or size of any items
- Adding items to your order
- Changing your billing or shipping address
- Changing payment method
- Changing the Shipping Method
- Adding or Removing a Gift Card

Track My Order
▶If you have an account, you can navigate to your order history to view your order status and track your orders. Otherwise, you can find your order by clicking here.
All orders placed Monday-Friday (during non-promotional periods) before 5pm (PST) will ship the same business day. For Expedited and 2-Day shipping, orders placed Monday-Friday before 3pm will ship the same business day. All orders placed after the cut off time or placed Saturday-Sunday will ship the following business day (Monday-Friday).
Please note: Orders placed during special promotions (Black Friday/Cyber Monday) and holidays may take additional processing time due to increased order volume. Please allow 1-2 extra days for order processing.

- Fast (UPS 2nd Day Air®): $15 delivered within 2 business days
- Faster (UPS Next Day Air®): $25 delivered within 1 business day
- Fastest (Same-Day Delivery): $10 based on availability
- Buy online, pick-up in store: FREE based on availability
*Packages shipping FedEx will require signature upon delivery for any shipments $500 or above.

Redirecting An Order
Domestic Shipments: Once an order is placed, we are unable to reroute it. If you have UPS My Choice you can select to have it routed to a UPS Access Point.
Refused Shipments
▶If your package is unable to be delivered, and is returned to sender, you will be refunded once the order has been received and processed in our warehouse. Orders returned to sender cannot be re-shipped, so please place a new order for your items.

Once you receive your shipping confirmation email, please wait another 24 to 48 hours for your tracking information to be updated by the carrier.

▶All orders placed Monday-Friday before 12pm PT/3pm ET will ship the same business day. All orders placed after the cut off time will ship the following business day. For consumer protection, all orders are subject to review. On occasion, this may cause a slight delay in processing your order. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
For Same-Day Delivery, orders must be placed before 4pm local time to be delivered same day.
